Boil: cooking royal blend������ rice blend 1-1/2 cups water 1/2 tsp. salt (optional) 1 tsp. butter or olive oil (optional) 1 cup rice blend bring water to a boil. add salt and butter or olive oil, if desired. stir in rice blend. cover with lid; reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. remove from heat and let stand (covered) 5 minutes. fluff with a fork and serve. yields approximately 2-1/2 cups.
