"I travel back and forth to Seattle where Indian food is of abundance. One my of closest friends is an award winning chef from Bengali who owns many restaurants through out the area. I spend my evenings there with him cooking many dishes for myself and our friends. Saffrons is the closest I’ve ever came to his cooking and every time I order I’m reminded of how much I miss his amazing cooking. I’m grateful for such a place on the east coast that reminds me of the people I so love and adore."
