"A younger pleasant (and quiet) gal at Einstein bagel (crooks and Big beaver) made my Santa Fe just a few minutes ago. It’s been about 2 months since I’ve been in the store - so I think she is new. But I am a huge fan of her already! She is the FIRST person at this store who has ever taken the time to toast my chile bagel just right! Not double toasted but not single toasted- in the middle. Nobody until today has gotten. It right except this new girl who made my sandwich within the last hour. So PLEASE let her know she ROCKS! (Note: a few months ago I stopped coming to this location because the staff just weren’t attentive. But with this new girl I’m gonna be coming more. Wish I remembered her name!"

"This was my first time ordering and I order the all nighter egg sandwich and oh my goodness. The sauce is amazing. It isn’t too spicy but has a kick to it. The eggs are cooked just right and the bacon is cooked to perfection. The crispiness was just the way I like it. Not too soft and not too crispy. The bagel itself is toasted to perfection. I was skeptical about the hash browns being baked on the bagel but oh my goodness it was so good! The orange juice had pulp which wasn’t aware of but I even enjoyed that. I’m so glad I picked this place! You guys have a new customer!! Delicious!"
