Boneless white meat marinated with in house ingredients, slightly spicy but tasty and skewered on our charbroiled open flame grill. Served with premium basmati rice, salad, hummus, and pita. The choice of premium Basmati Rice is White Plain known as Chulao or Seasoned Basmati is known as Pulao (not spicy).
