"One way to judge a good Chinese restaurant for me is in the steamed dumplings. 99% of the places in Tampa use wonton wrappers. Not here. They have real dumpling wrappers. All of the food is hot and delicious. Once I found Osmay House I will drive 30 minutes to get it."
