"Exactly what I need when I want/need it. These are the best smoothies I’ve had that I didn’t make myself. I’m grateful they don’t use a lot of fillers, like ice cubes - which are not good for digestion and other non fruit/veggie extenders just for profit. I can substitute to get exactly what I’m needing, or not needing in these food is “medicine foods” for me. I don’t mind paying a wee bit higher price for healthy food which truly is natures best medicine."
