The Fish You Wish Sammich

We catch and serve this steaming hot, flaky fish served crispy fried, blackened, or bronzed (lightly blackened) with lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce on marbled rye. Sided with house kettle chips, coleslaw, or tater tots. Substitute homemade, fresh-cut fries, or sweet potato waffle fries with autumn-spiced cheesecake dipping sauce for an additional charge.
