  • Adams Apple Company is rooted in founder and owner Theresa Adams’ Midwest upbringing, during which much of her time was spent in her grandmother's kitchen and on her aunt's family farm. It was then and there that she developed a taste for scratch-made foods, like apple pie and apple butter! Based in Lexington, S.C.

We specialize in partnering with independent gourmet markets, wineries, fish and meat markets, cheese stores and boutique’s around the country.

Made with the best rice and corn flour available and local spring water, bronze-drawn and slow-dried at a low temperature, this is true artisanal pasta from Gragnano. It has wonderful flavor and bite, maintaining its firmness after cooking. Use as you would any quality dry pasta.

TB's son, James, shelled pecans in the 1940s under the brand Young Pecan; he distributed Pee Dee pecans to grocery stores and it grew to become the world's largest pecan shelling operation. Two decades later, we began selling pecans direct to consumer and Young's Premium Foods was born.
