嚴選食材,豐盛無比:手工剝殼去背去沙線蝦、東港直送蝦猴、香菇鮪魚肉燥片、上選魷魚圈、旗魚板、吻仔魚丸、脆口筍絲條、五香豬肉絲、爽脆高麗菜、提味芹菜……十餘種配料一碗裝滿,海陸澎湃、口口精彩。
飯與湯分裝,只為一口更Q彈。我們使用頂級壽司米,粒粒飽滿、保留米香,讓每一口飯都吃得到講究。
湯底使用豬大骨與洋蔥等蔬菜慢火熬煮,自然清甜不膩。香氣來源除了鮪魚肉燥,更來自蝦猴的蝦膏精華,釋放出經典飯湯獨有的蝦油香氣,是這碗飯湯最迷人的靈魂。

Pingtung's Classic Hidden Gem – Hearty Rice Soup
A true local favorite, our rice soup pays tribute to the rich coastal flavors of southern Taiwan.
Each bowl is a feast of carefully selected ingredients: hand-peeled shrimp (deveined and shell-free), freshly sourced mantis shrimp from Donggang, savory mushroom-tuna meat sauce, tender squid rings, swordfish cakes, baby fish meatballs, crunchy bamboo shoots, five-spice shredded pork, cabbage, and fresh celery. With over ten ingredients in one bowl, every bite is bursting with flavor from both land and sea.
To preserve the perfect chewy texture of our rice, we serve the rice and soup separately. We use only premium Sanho sushi-grade rice, renowned for its plumpness and natural aroma.
Our broth is slow-simmered with pork bones and fresh vegetables like onions to achieve a light, umami-rich base. The soup’s signature fragrance comes from the blend of tuna meat sauce and golden shrimp oil rendered from the mantis shrimp’s roe—an unmistakable hallmark of traditional rice soup.
