80% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Bianco, 10% Pinot Nero. Pale yellow in colour with a fine clarity, this sparkling brut is steady and persistent. The nose is fresh with floral notes, lime, and green pepper, while on the palate the wine is full bodied yet crisp with a lingering finish.

Varietals: 100% Nerello Mascalese Alcohol: 14.5% Description: Ruby red with garnet shades, the mineral aromas evident, followed by pepper and bright red fruits. The pepper and minerality continue on the palate, framing a pop of ripe red fruits on the mid palate. The tannins are well- worked and along with the acidity, this creates great tension in the mouth and gives way to a long, persistent finish.

Inky black cherry, dark plum, licorice and bitter chocolate on the pungent, aromatic nose, plus notes of camphor and tar. Dense yet juicy on the palate, offering very good intensity and increasing vibrancy to its dark fruit, mineral and tar flavours. Finishes broad and long, with very smooth tannins and a sense of gracefulness that usually eludes red wines clocking in at 14%+ alcohol.
