"I called in earlier to clarify details related to my dietary restrictions. They gave me excellent information. Later in the day when I received my meal, there was a long detailed note about how one dish contained cross-contamination and they just wanted to make sure I knew this; in fact, they had called me earlier to make sure this is okay but I wasn't available. This was a handwritten note. I've never seen anyone do this. So fantastic. Also, the food was thoroughly yummy."
