In each packet directions: fully dissolve one packet in 1/2 glass of water every 4 hours or as directed by a doctor. adults 60 years of age and over: do not exceed 3 packets in 24 hours. adults and children 12 to 60 years of age: do not exceed 4 packets in 24 hours. children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor.
