I really love pho, but am not a big meat eater, so they are my ""go to"" for pho now because I can get it without meat AND without tofu (not a big fan). The carrot and broccoli sides are awesome additions to any dish. The pho broths are wonderful--actually, everything we have ordered has been wonderful.
