"I asked for you to make the food extra special for my children being the first time they have had the items I ordered pancakes French toast and Belgium waffle… you not just did what I asked but I could tell you put extra effort extra care and as any good chef would do you put yourself into your food!!! Words can’t describe what I would like to say but with out a doubt three beautiful lucky children now LOVE The Uncasville Diner (even more than before) but have enchanted their pallets to enjoy new food that normally they’d say “I don’t like that” without really knowing. Besides word of mouth and something to write online. I personally will recommend. So! One word…. IMPRESSIVE!!!!! Also the biggest heart felt meaningful Thank you I can give."
