"I like very much ever since pastrami sandwich. Always frequented the nearest The Hat branch. So yummy! It’s been a while since I’ve eaten red meat like this due to my end stage rena disease (ESRD, a medical condition, with diabetes). I took my binders to protect my kidneys. Red meat contain a lot of phosphorus & potassium. I have the medications to counter these conditions. Thanks for letting me taste what I wanted. God bless."
