The story of 400 Conejos begins with a native Mesoamerican religious tradition that allowed only priests to establish a channel of communication with the gods by practicing ritual drinking of beverages made from agave. The gods of the drinks were called centzon-totochtin in Nahuatl. It is believed that the spirit of the 400 rabbits carries on to this day in each bottle of this fine award-winning mezcal. Perfect on its own or in your favorite cocktail to add a bit of smoke. Alcohol by volume: 40%
Directions for use: Enjoy neat or on the rocks. Can also be used in cocktails. Storage recommendation: Store in a cool, dark place.
