The vineyard is mixture of 20% clay and 80% sand, which provides the vines with the optimum conditions to make elegant wines with rich, ripe tannins. This fluctuation in temperature from day to night allows time wine to develops blackcurrant and spice flavors balanced by an elegant structure.
