"Fantastic thin sliced steak, the meat was velveted and laid over steamed rice. My one complaint is that I wish there had been a bit more sauce to balance out the generous portion of rice, but what of it was drizzled with sauce / the bites with meat were perfect, felt like a good gyudon, simple, clean, delicious."
