5 Stars for Toka Cafe and Grill – I Wish I Could Give 100!\n\nI wish there were a 100-star option because that’s exactly what I’d give to the owner of Toka Cafe and Grill. I ordered delicious Albanian food through Uber Eats, but unfortunately, the delivery didn’t go smoothly. The driver struggled to find my address and spent about 5 minutes figuring it out. When I finally received my order, I discovered it was only partially delivered.\n\nFrustrated, I tried calling the driver but got no response. I then contacted the restaurant—thankfully, I reached them just one minute before closing. I spoke with the owner, who was incredibly kind and professional. After reviewing my receipt and confirming the issue, she explained that she had not received the full order from Uber Eats. It turned out to be a glitch in the Uber system.\n\nWe exchanged contact information, and I sent her a copy of my receipt showing the full order. To my surprise and gratitude, the owner offered to personally deliver the missing items—and she did, right to my door, even though they had already closed. Her professionalism, care, and speedy response truly impressed me.\n\nThe food was absolutely delicious—byrek, homemade yogurt, salad, sweets, and the most flavorful çebap I’ve ever had. This level of service and food quality deserves nothing less than 100 stars.\n\nA huge thank you to the owner of Toka Cafe and Grill for going above and beyond. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for Uber Eats. I’ve reported the issue to their customer service and, frankly, I’m done ordering through the app. From now on, I’ll be contacting restaurants directly. Uber Eats needs to fix their system—not for me, because I won’t be using it again—but for the sake of other customers.\n\nToka Cafe and Grill, you’ve earned a lifelong customer ❤️ Thank you!\n\n

omg that grilled truffle cheese sandwich was amazing!!!!!!! I'm addicted now!!
