"I enjoyed the fact that this meal was not salty which usually over rides all the other spices. To many restaurants favor salt because they think that what gives the food flavor but it’s a balance of herbs and spices along with salt and you have definitely accomplished that. Thanks for sticking to authenticity when it comes to true Jamaican cooking"
