"Pho is such standard fare. Try the Mi (egg noodle), Hu Tieu (rice noodle) or both soups. The pork broth with hint of seafood is Devine. It is topped with squid, shrimp, pork slices, caramelized crispy onion bits and a dash of pork crackling crumbles. This place actually includes the crispy fried shrimp pancake with the dish, a rarity in this city!"
