"This was my first time trying West Africa food. I absolutely love it and can’t wait to try all the dishes. Also, the food travels and reheats well, so if you’re not super close to the restaurant, a quick zap in the microwave is all you need. We tried the beef suya, taushe stew with chicken, pounded yam fufu, and a jollof rice & plantain plate with beef and chicken. The beef that goes with the rice as an add on is so good—tender, slow cooked goodness. The taushe stew is the best savory expression of peanut butter. Perhaps a bit salty for me, but wonderful. Those familiar with Latin Caribbean food will find the jollof rice and plantains familiar. The rest of the food was so different from typical takeout in Boston and such a welcome change up."

"The okra soup was amazing! Had chunks of chicken and fish. It’s also so healthy and has minimal oil. Can’t get enough! Yum!"
