    Most Indian restaurants in the U.S. have overly greasy, unnecessarily heavy food. Surya is a rare exception -- even their deep fried items like samosas and parathas have just the right amount of oil. They are my go-to whenever I order Indian food in Cambridge / Somerville / Boston.
