It was the best curry i've ever had!

You don't want to miss out on this place! We stopped by on Sunday morning (indoor dining) after some hiking and enjoyed delicious Pad Thai & Papaya Salad.
The papaya salad was delicious (not too spicy) and the Pad Thai was enough to feed 3.
Appreciated the Thai Tea you get when you check in...

An average Thai place compared to surrounding cities, maybe it's one of the better ones in Bellevue but comparing to Washington as a whole, it wasn't anything special. This doesn't mean it was bad at all, food was tasty and service was solid, but there was nothing surprising to put Sukho Thai higher.

Order to-go food but skip the dine-in option right now. The restaurant is understaffed. 2 employees were rushing from table during our entire visit scrambling to keep up with tables and phone orders. They forgot our waters, gave us the wrong soup, spilled soup, rushed to serve food and rush away with no words/eye contact....
