    • The Ultimate Platter
      Full rack of Baby Back Ribs, 1lb of Smoked Wings OR 8oz of Smoked Turkey, 10oz of Pulled Pork, 10oz of Brisket, Fresh-cut Fries, Mac & Cheese, Corn Bread (2pcs), Baked Beans and Apple Slaw . Feeds 4.
    • Smoked Chicken Plate
      Smoked then grilled Half Chicken brushed with a choice of sauce: Peruvian Pepper Sauce, Spicy Piri Piri, Chimichurri or BBQ Sauce. Served with Corn Bread and choice of side.
    • Baby Back Ribs Plate
      Double-smoked, grilled to order. Brushed with our signature STACK BBQ sauce, served with Corn Bread and one side.
    • Memphis Dry Ribs
      Half rack of double-smoked back ribs chopped and seasoned with our in-house Memphis dry rub. Served with apple slaw and chipotle dip.
    • Pit Smoked Wings
      Smoked then crisped, served with Apple Slaw and Garlic Dill Aioli. Choice of classic Dry Rub or Buffalo Hot (+$1).
    • Chicken, Ribs & Sausage Platter
      Smoked Whole Chicken grilled with choice of sauce (Spicy Piri, Peruvian Pepper, Chimichurri or BBQ), Full rack of Baby Back Ribs, 2 house-made Smoked Sausages (Jalapeno & Cheddar or Brisket Beef), Brussels Sprouts, Fresh-cut Fries, Baked Beans, Apple Slaw, Mac & Cheese and Corn Bread. All meats are seasoned, prepped, and smoked in house. Feeds 4.
    • Chicken and Brisket Platter

      Includes a 1/4 rack Baby Back ribs, smoked BBQ chicken leg & choice of Brisket or Pulled Pork. Served with corn bread, small beans & small slaw.
    • Brisket Plate
      Half Pound of Hand-Carved Brisket with BBQ sauce, Pickles & Onions and choice of Corn Bread or Texas Toast. Includes one side.
    • Ribs & Brisket Plate
      1/2 Rack of Baby Back Ribs with 5oz of Smoked Brisket. Served with BBQ sauce, Baked Beans, Corn Bread and choice of side.

  • Sandwiches and Burgers

    • Carolina Pulled Pork with Slaw
      Pulled pork tossed Carolina BBQ sauce, served on a fresh bun with made-to-order apple slaw served on the side for topping. BBQ meats are smoked low and slow in our 1200 lb Southern pride smoker. Served a la carte.
    • Reuben Sandwich
      Smoked pastrami on marble rye with sauerkraut, Russian-style dressing and Swiss cheese. .Served a la carte.
    • Bacon Cheeseburger
      STACK Burger topped with crispy bacon and cheddar cheese. Burgers are ground on-site with brisket and chuck. Cooked to medium well on our flat top grill and served on butter brushed buns.
    • Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
      Fried Chicken Breast tossed with Buffalo Butter, garnished with Garlic Dill Aioli, Lettuce and Tomato.
    • Nashville Hot Chicken
      Buttermilk Fried Chicken Thigh. Served with Texas Toast & Pickles. Includes Pickles & Slaw.
      Option: Served on a grilled bun with Garlic Dill Ailoi +$1
