      Gluten free. Traditional Vietnamese Pho with rice noodles in a bowl of our signature beef broth, beef meatballs, and thinly sliced beef, served with bean sprouts, white onions, scallions, basil, lime and jalapenos.

      Gluten free. Chicken pho featuring fresh whole chicken bone broth, rice noodles, Enoki mushroom, bean sprouts, cilantro, lime, jalapenos and scallions.
    • Pork & Shrimp Noodles
      Hu tieu is the signature noodle soup featuring a pork bone broth, neck bones, shrimp, bean sprouts, chives, fried shallots, cilantro, lime and scallions.

      Toasted French baguette filled with caramelized tofu in sticky sesame soy sauce, cucumber, cilantro and pickled daikon carrots.
    • Reno Special
      Gluten free. Choice of tender noodles or steamed jasmine rice, caramelized tofu in sticky sesame soy sauce, ban sprouts, lettuce, cucumbers, pickled daikon carrots, lime and cilantro, served with vegetarian chili sauce.
    • Coconut Crusted Tofu
      4 pieces. Cubes of fried, lightly battered, coated in sweetened coconut flakes, fried, serve with sweet tangy chili sauce, garnishes with cilantro.
