This is BBQ the way it’s supposed to be done, coming from the south (Louisiana) I was not expecting to find good BBQ let alone GREAT BBQ however they have pleasantly and delightfully proved me very wrong. I recommend them to all of my international friends who want a taste of America’s best. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Smoque for years . Best brisket I’ve had north of the Mason Dixon Line. Every now and then you’ll get a just eh batch but that’s to be expected when you go as often as I do and they smoke their meat overnight daily. 90% of the time it’s melt in your mouth goodness.

The fries don’t travel well but everything else is amazing, they don’t miss ! The fries are not fresh they don’t have that fresh cut taste I would expect since everything else taste so good . Ll
