"Very flavorful and probably the best tasting brisket/sausage I’ve ever had. The way it just exploded in my mouth and filled it with juicy goodness my lawrd I’m ready for more. I am very very hard to satisfy when it comes to sausage but the sausage from you did things to me I never knew existed. Don’t take my context the wrong way I just have no other way to describe what your meat did to me. I’m shivering with delight. Smoke I love you and I want more."

"This is our first time in Texas and after a long day of travel we decided to Uber Eats Smoke BBQ and Brew. Delicious chicken and brisket and out of this world potato salad. We weren’t the best fan of the baked beans but adding the bbq sauce in there made up for it. Wonderful and will be ordering again"

    Generous portions, very tender meat with an incredible flavor. I am a French tourist who comes to the United States several times a year and I find that this restaurant is very good and that the chef knows how to dare to use spices subtly.
