"I ordered the Tri-tip with the Baby Back Ribs combo and sides of Roasted Asparagus, Green Beans and Brussel Sprouts. Between the Tri-Tip and Ribs, I prefer the Tri-Tip. I was pleasantly surprised on how juicy, tender and flavorful the Tri-tip was. Throughly enjoyed it. The Ribs were good. A little dry but the BBQ sauce glaze made up for it’s shortcomings. All the sides were delicious too. Overall, I definitely would order again next time I’m in Lubbock!"
