"Sitar is the ONLY good Indian restaurant in Chattanooga and the food is exceptional. Also, it bears mentioning that I have talked to the owner several times while dining in and he is just a lovely human being. The food is great, they use high quality ingredients, and I have never once EVER been disappointed with something I ate there."
