"TBH I had a rough experience at the outset, but mostly blame the Uber Eats platform. There was some stuff missing from our order and it took a long time to arrive. BUT, I spoke with their manager, Seth, and he was VERY nice, very apologetic, and very accommodating about my scenario. Additionally, the food we received was delicious — excellent fried chicken bites and we enjoyed both pastas we ordered. Caesar was lovely and fresh and I appreciated the freshly grated parm. So, overall I feel they deserve the 5 star rating since they made it right, quickly and without hassle, and the food was top notch."
