"I've eaten at 4 different BBQ places in KC, and Scott's Kitchen is the one that I like best. The brisket and burnt ends are always exceptional. The ghost pepper sausage is the perfect amount of heat, mixed with wonderful flavor. Their BBQ sauces are delicious, but never required for the meat. The gumbo and chili are outstanding. The sides that I've had are all fantastic, too. I really want to try everything on the menu, but the BBQ combos are so good, that I keep ordering them instead of branching out. The quality, quantity (generous portions), and price all make this my go-to spot for dinner whenever I'm back in KC for work."
