Place tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Tum halfway through cooking. After cooking: Remove carefully. Check food is piping hot.200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6 15-18 mins. Steam - From Ambient Before cooking: Rinse well. Top and tail. Keep whole or slice into rounds. Place courgettes in the steamer. During cooking: Take care that the pan does not boil dry. After cooking: Remove carefully. Check food is piping hot. Low heat 4-6 mins Stir Fry - From Ambient Before cooking: Rinse well. Top and tail. Slice into rounds. Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add the courgettes. During cooking: Stir occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Moderate heat 3-4 mins. Wash before use. Storage recommendation: At home, store in a cool, dry place. For best before date: see front of pack. Ambient
