saiguette has been one of my favorite restaurants in nyc since I moved here 10 years ago. consistently incredible food - by far the best vietnamese i've ever had. they're always nice, fast, and my order has always been correct. if I ever move away from nyc i will visit monthly to get my saiguette lol.
