"Saigon Bowl is pretty good! Gave them a try once I realized Saigon Basil, my go-to wasn't on Uber Eats. Ordered the rare beef & well done brisket pho. The broth is more on the mild side but the rare steak comes seasoned! Brisket was delicious too. The crab & cheese wontons actually have scallion and imitation crab! Most places around here don't add a noticeable amount of crab/imitation crab so these were excellent. Chow fun was super flavorful, chock full of veggies, and very garlicy but not in an overpowering way!"
