Absolutely excellent pizza. As someone who grew up in NY, I can tell you that the most important part of any pizza is the bread. Sauce, cheese, and other toppings have weight, yes; but the secret lies in the dough recipe. Russo's has certainly mastered theirs; in their pizza and calzones. If you're looking for a proper, well made New York-style Neapolitan pizza, you've found it.
