I ordered two Pabellón plates, one Reina Pepiada arepa, and a beef sancocho. Both Pabellóns were consistent. tender, well seasoned shredded beef with fluffy rice, creamy black beans, and sweet plantains that balanced the savory flavors. The Reina Pepiada was a standout: a crisp-outside, soft-inside arepa stuffed with a generous, fresh avocado-chicken filling with a bright hint of lime. The beef sancocho tasted homemade, with a rich broth, soft yuca and corn, and fall-apart beef—true comfort food. Portions were generous, everything arrived hot and well packed, and the flavors were authentic. Excellent value, I’ll definitely order again, especially the Reina Pepiada and the sancocho.
