The fried rice is delicious. When I first saw the peas in it, my mind immediately went, “Yangzhou fried rice.” Although for Yangzhou fried rice, it’s missing g some key ingredients like spring onions, Kai-lan, and bamboo shoots, but it is still very delicious.
