THE best General Tso’s in the valley! Every time I try a new Chinese diner I try the General Tso’s. It’s so difficult to find a restaurant that gets the balance of flavor ratios right (sweet versus the vinegar versus the spice/heat, etc) and Red Corner knocks it our consistently!
