Directions for use: Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: Grass Fed steaks cook quickly and tend to eat better at a rare to medium temperature. Over a medium to medium high flame cook each side for about 2.5 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees for medium rare. Remove from heat and hold temperature at or above 145 degrees F for 3 minutes prior to thinly slicing steak against the grain. Allow beef to rest before enjoying. Keep refrigerated.
