"The food that I ordered from the Puerto Plata Restaurant was delicious. It was very good. I ordered some sort of Dom style fried chicken/chicha de pollo (chicharrones de pollo...) Dominican/Puerto Rican etc. fried chicken with sweet fried plantains/Maduros or... (chopped up bites of bone in chicken legs w/ some sweet fried plantains, etc.) for $9.50¢ + tax and a steak sandwich/emparedado bisteo/a steak panini type sandwich with lettuce and tomato, with a sort of vinegrette dressing or liquid sauce, etc. for $10.50¢ +/- plus tax. It was so good. I still have half of my steak sandwich left. I dipped my very delicious fried bone-in chicken bites/Dom style/Dominican style fried chicken into my very own homemade mixture of sweet golden mustard and honey bbq sauce, buttermilk ranch, Dijon mustard, etc. The chicken bites were the best... They were so good.I had this meal delivered, today. I plan on going to this restaurant with family and friends, very soon/asap. I tried eating at Puerto Plata Restaurant on Bayview Ave. in Jacksonville, Florida, last night. They had just closed, though."

"truly authentic, perfectly blended seasonings with nothing overbearing. I ordered the chicken and rice, as well as, a beef empanada. I was surprised receiving a salad as well. the food and portioning was exceeding the price and will order again ."
