"The Chicken Quesadilla was the star of the meal. Although, we ordered the Cuban Sandwich too, the Quesadilla Won Kudos. Ofcourse, Chicken is Pollo Tropical's Element. The marinated cubes of Pollo pair well w/ the Cheese, & the extra toast lines on the burrito style Quesadilla kept all the fillings flavorfully synergized. Maybe a lil more time in the Panini Press or adding the signature shredded Pork might raise the Cuban Sandwich bar to five star."
