"I have been on a quest to find the perfect pizza in South Florida as compared to what I had at gusto Pizza in Florence. After reviewing 20 pizzas, Piola’s pizzas are the closest. Love, love, love their pizzas. Perfect crust, balance of cheese and sauce. And they have the best salad, dolcepiccante. It’s salad dressing is honey with a very faint hint of hot sauce. So unusual. Making it the best salad around, including the apples, goat cheese, walnuts, golden raisins. Amazing salad, combination of flavors."

"The food was amazing. The pizza box was sealed but open on the side, and the prosciutto appatizer looked light or maybe shifted. In the future, seal all items staple it shut like other stores do."
