"I’ve been eating from Pho Thu Do since it’s previous location down the street, in early 2000’s. I took my partner of 18 years to this spot on our first date, if they didn’t like pho, they weren’t for me. I’m obsessed with their rice paper pork spring rolls, best I’ve ever had. Their meat portions are always generous, fat nicely trimmed and the broth is exceptionally fragrant and so easy to chug. My favourite server was always Mr. Wang, great guy, new us by our faces and always treated us like family. Thank you so much Pho Thu Do and family!"
