"I got the beef pho and it was perfect! I don’t like too much cinnamon or star anise flavor so I really appreciated the no frills delicious broth. The meat was thinly sliced and delicious without the sort of odd smell that comes from certain places broth or meat combo. There was a generous amount of different toppings while some places just seem to give you more of one kind of topping. I also got the pork banh mi and OMG was it fabulous! Tons of marinated grilled pork, a generous amount of toppings on a soft yet crispy baguette. Perfection!! Now that being said each restaurant has certain dishes they do better than others. I’ve gotten the drunk noodles (pad kee mao) and it just wasn’t great so it’s best to stick with what they do well. I’ll have to try more items to get a better idea of what’s what. Hope this helps, peace out :)"
