"I’m not normally a fan of Panera Bread. I feel it’s overpriced. However I truly enjoyed my breakfast sandwich this morning. I was disappointed with the size of my chicken teriyaki bowl but I spoke with the manager and they will remake it for me this afternoon. That is excellent customer service…thank you!"
