"If you like extremely fresh ingredients, impeccable tomato sauces & perfectly cooked authentic cuisine: you need to order from Paisanos. Calamari was not chewy at all, though it never stays super crunchy thru delivery: it was still yummy & the marinara sauce is perfect. Big side serving of it, to use on the yummy pizza bread crusts. The regular crust, small -create ur own- pizza we ordered was perfectly made, well seasoned & well balanced. And I think I got the wrong side salad (under the Italian dishes section) - I ordered the Caesar & didn’t get croutons, Parmesan cheese or a proper Caesar dressing: that’s the one think I didn’t love; yet the vegetables & lettuce was super fresh; the Italian dressing was good - so I kept the rating 5 stars. It’s not often a restaurant has such excellence to detail anymore - I’ll order often."
