"Grandpa? Grandma? Is that you that prepared my meal? I placed and removed my decision in the cart 4 times before settling on the Carolina beef stew on a bed of yellow rice from the dinner menu, with black-eyed peas, turnip greens, and a cornbread muffin! I topped it off with nice and warm peach cobbler. OMG! It was a late lunch for me and I almost couldn't finish work it was soooooo good and soothing to my stomach. I stayed on my feet for a while to avoid the temptation of lying down, loosening my belt, opening the top button of my pants, and taking myself a good nap I was so full. I can hardly wait to enjoy my next meal from Nikki's Place. Thank you for the love that goes into your cooking!"
