Homemade Rigatoni, 12 oz.

Keep frozen until ready to use. Bring water to boil (at least 5 quarts per pound) Salt water to taste. Add pasta to water and stir gently. Water will stop boiling. Stir gently every 30 seconds until water boils again or you see pasta starting to float. Boil an additional 2-3 min. then drain in colander. Serve with your favorite sauce Serves approx. 2-3 people.
