All the reason I’m giving it nine is because it Was fall off the bone cooked to perfection, but the bone was falling apart as well so I had to pick out bones but other than that flavor on point texture on point quantity on point."

"Ridiculous Ribs. SOOOO good. Yellow rice a nice pairing too, but the RIBS are worthy. Stack up against any I've had elsewhere, including BBQ hotspots like Austin, Memphis, etc."
